Inspected our house and identified where mouse was getting in. Identified 5 potential areas mouse could be getting in. Paid for the job (4 figures) and 3 out of 5 holes were sealed. Called, left text message, talked to Mark and he said would come back and seal the 2 hole he missed but never did. Also during the sales, we talked about regular pest management, he gave me a quote, and when he sent the agreement the fee was higher than agreed amount. After I responded to his email 9 days past without any response back. My advise, find someone else who can be trusted.
