Fixed the leaking refrigerator. He gave me the correct filter number for my refrigerator. Told me if the correct filter did not work. He would look at the filter dispenser. So far it is not leaking.

Dave is always there when I need him. He's helped me with my refrigerator and my dryer. Dave is always professional, punctual and an all-around great guy that gets the job done right. No one would work on my Samsung dryer. I found 1 place and they were 2 weeks out. I called Dave and he had my dryer working in 2 days. Nice guy, was on time, text on his way as promised. I called Dave on a Sunday and he called on Monday and came by that day. I was in need of having my oven door installed. Dave had no problem installing the door in no time I was impressed with his experience and knowledge of repairing just about any brand of appliance. Dave responded quickly to our call and arrived when he said he would and he did what he said he was going to do. He struck us as a competent and honest professional appliance repair person who repaired our freezer under the somewhat difficult circumstances of the quarantine. I talked to the repairman the evening before he came. He had the model number of my washer, and he seemed surprised that it was so new. After he looked at the washer he told me I should contact the company directly and charged me $130.00... I found out my machine is under warranty and that I should have contact the company where I bought it first. I am recently widowed. My husband would have remembered about the warranty but I did not. I think it would have been professional to say this machine may be under warranty. You might want to find that out before I come out. This delayed my being able to use my washer by at least two days. Plus he filled it up again with water, so I had to bail it out again.

"False Review. Why did you not just call me and talk about this? l left you with clear instructions for you to call the manufacturer and ask them for help with parts? I do not know who has a warranty. That is the responsibility of the homeowner. I also called the manufacturer FOR YOU to get a further diagnosis and found it was your circuit board. YOU decided to call someone else and never contacted me after I asked that you would. You can have your money back. Your review is false."

My dryer gave up the ghost at 10pm, amid the Coronovirus crisis. Reached out to Dave to see if he could help. He was able to diagnose my problem via a few text messages and was able to get the part I needed that night!!! I was able to install the part and was doing laundry that same night!!! Thanks Dave!! You were a life saver!

Had a problem with my dryer venting properly. Dave came in and analyzed the problem and totally cleaned the exhaust vent. It was not an easy job. Vent tube went from dryer into wall up to the attic and out through roof. Vent pipe was clogged with lint. Dave was able to clear the clog. By clearing clog prevented future problems even possibly a fire. Thanks again Dave.

Working with Dave was and still is absolutely awesome. When it comes to prompt service, honesty, knowledge and fixing the issue, Dave helped us out a ton . I had an issue with my Samsung dryer not heating. I first reached out to Samsung directly and was given a very basic trouble shoot over the phone, when that proved unsuccessful, I was given the phone number of 3 service companies. After talking to all 3 call centers (after a nice long hold time) in a very non personal customer service type of way and getting ridiculously high quotes for services calls, I looked into finding a local technician myself. I came across Call Dave Appliance Repair and Im very happy I did. Dave answered after 2 rings of the phone and helped identify the problem, how to fix it and shared a lot of info and knowledge. We scheduled a service call and Dave was prompt, worked fast and was very fairly priced, he also followed up to make sure everything was still working after the service call. I will be calling Dave for any future service issues for appliances. Thanks again Dave.

Dave called me in the morning and was at my house within 2 hours. Originally, he thought it was the belt, but it needed more diagnostics and ended up needing a parts. He drove to the parts store, came back and had it repaired and back in running order within 1/2 hour. I will be contacting him for any future appliance repairs.
