plumber was good, service was excellent, repair was done fast and well, but I cannot recommend them due to ridiculously high cost for a basically simple repair. I will never employ them again.

Plumber was knowledgeable , worked fast and helpful on other issues that maybe caused by issue that was repaired.

The technicians are great, but dealing with Kim, who makes appointments and bills, was a bizarre nightmare. Frequent cancellations and multiple delays over the course of THREE Months(!) made it clear that our job was a very low priority. Worst of all, however, was when she called me on a Monday to collect on a bill that I had paid -- to her, over the phone, three days earlier. While it was concerning enough that she had no memory of the transaction and had apparently not recorded it, she then proceeded to argue stridently, talking over me and interrupting for 10 minutes, even as I told her I was looking at the processed payment on my credit card statement. When she finally checked -- after 10 minutes!!! and realized her error (apparently they record all calls) she said, oh you did pay. No expression of regret for the error or her behavior. If you value your peace of mind, stay away from this unprofessional and irresponsible business!!!

Ron and the company were helpful and informative about my plumbing issues. The work was top notch and finished in good time.No complaints.
