They were able to diagnose and repair my computer's many issues. I was nervous to do this remotely, but the team talked me through it and my problems are resolved quickly.My printer's issue wasn't fixable because it was a hardware issue. I will purchase a new printer and they will help me connect it to my computer, so everything will be working.
