Cory was very conscientious and respectful of my time. He seemed genuinely concerned about my mother's safety and well being. He took care to ensure the floor was safe for her to walk on and there was no tripping hazards during all of the phases of the job. He was very patient with her asking him the same questions over and over (she has dementia) and was very professional when dealing with a brother who can be difficult and abrasive.
