About us
We are NOT THE CHEAPEST Inspector in town. We are competitive, but you can probably get a better "deal" elsewhere if looking for the cheapest inspection possible. We limit our inspectors to 2 inspections a day, which average 3-5 hours each. In business for 15 plus years, we have provided inspection and insurance reports for over 10,000 homes. Both of our Professional Inspectors hold license with Texas Real Estate Commission and The Texas Department of Agriculture (Termite Inspection), most inspectors do not, ask around. Backgrounds in home insurance underwriting and all lines of construction, including pools and septic. We provide reports on same day of service. We have Supra key access, no need to have the seller, or agent let us into a property. We inspect homes, swimming pools, septic systems, water wells, water collection systems, etc. Easy to understand reports include embedded digital photos with highlighted areas of interest, and a summary page for quick reference.
