Made a substantial down payment for screen work and never saw him again. I had to contact law enforcement to get my money back.

Never showed up to do the work. But he did keep my deposit. Had to consult Law Enforcement to resolve the issue.

They did a very good job

Scott Billiot with Billiot Patio and Outdoors in Covington, La. owes me $2300.00 for patio extension that was not installed. Will not answer me or St. Charles Parish Sheriff Department. I signed contract in August 2024 and have been trying to get my money back since October 2024. This company has committed contractor fraud and will do whatever I have to do legally so no one else will be taken advantage of.

The quality of work and custer service were 5 star! I highly reccomend them.

I hired this business a few months ago to build an outdoor kitchen in picayune they were quick with their work and great customer service

Had motorized screens installed on my back patio. The other patio companies I spoke to didnt even have that option. Extremely happy with the outcome! Very professional and fast work!

Scott responded to my request for service in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable in his products and had good advice on additional ideas. Scott or the office kept me informed of the timeline to complete my project. Scott met with me to check completed job and saw that work area was left clean. Having worked in the trades and managing a company its plan to see Scott understanding of what it takes to do the job right and keep his customers pleased. Will use for future outdoor projects!
