Project: Trimmed evergreens & bushes. Steve was able to come promptly. He trimmed bushes & trees and did an excellent job at a fair price. He cleared the trimmings and even raked the area.

I will start with the positives that came from this experience. Steve was very personable, he got the job done, and he had a really good price. However, you get what you pay for. He originally was late for our first appointment and just getting this project started took forever. Once he finally started the job, it took 5 days to do a drywall repair. He had terrible communication from beginning to end, was unprepared for the job, and only produced sub par work. He showed up for the job and laid no tarps or plastic until he made a mess and decided he needed to do that on the second day. There is mud all over my wood floors, doorways, outside. Steve made a mess. Tools were all over and I cleaned them up one day. He knew he was going to cut into the ceiling but had to keep running to Lowe's because he didn't have insulation to replace the insulation that came out of the ceiling. If he was prepared he would have had the materials and there would not have been as much wasted time running around. I even offered him my tools at one point to try and save wasted time. He also left in the middle of my job to run up the street and do a job and never came back. There were a few times he would disappear and not come back or communicate what was going on. He constantly complained about being in pain which was very unprofessional. Nothing about my experience with Steve was professional besides his personable demeanor. He did tell us if there were any issues he would come back and fix it which we appreciate but honestly do not want Steve back at all. I will be cleaning up the mess made and have learned that I get what I pay for. I will not use Steve again or recommend him to anyone.

He charge me extra because he said it was raining and it was Sunday he told me. Even though he was scheduled for Monday and it was his choice to come on Sunday vs his scheduled appointment.

Sexual harassment is not what I expected from Stephen Collins. He manipulated me into thinking he would do a great job. However, after Stephen realized that I was not buying his bologna he became argumentative, hostile, and not willing to respond to my request about what need to be done. Also, provided services for example: stomping dead branches, which I worked on, without my permission. Also, taking items against the west side of the backyard and moving them to the east side of my property without my permission. Too heavy for myself to move. Advised Stephen I wanted the front portion of my home power washed first. Would not comply. Stephen advised me that he would not clean up scrapings from home. Stephen argued about his quote due to scraping the paint that the paint chips after power washing. At my request I wanted the front part of my home power washed first, that did not happen. Nothing further at this time.

Steve was personable and prompt. He gave us a fair price and did excellent work. Steve explained everything and asked which course of action we would like to take. Definitely recommend

Steve did an awesome job! We will be hiring him again.
