Weather Stone Masonry and Construction

Came out to the property and originally quoted $2,500 for light repointing. After an hour of work, told us it would be more than $10,000 of work. We felt that since the crew was on site and work was being done, we couldn t call for a second opinion and had him proceed. His team left the basement, yard, and exterior an absolute mess after the work, and we had to reach out several times before he sent someone back to clean up the mess (still wasn t 100% clean after the fact). Since the work has been completed, we have seen more water coming through the basement than before. He has been completely unresponsive to our questions and requests for him to check his work. His work was supposed to come with a ten year warranty, but we never got the paperwork he said he d mail. And, if he s unable to be contacted what good is the warranty? We miss the basement we had, and believe we would have been better off leaving it as it was. I would recommend working with any other mason you can find, and to avoid Weather Stone Masonry and Construction at all costs.
