My experience was less than positive. Damage was done to my condo, which would have been left in the damaged state had I not brought it to his Tim's attention. My relatively straight forward project was started and than took months to complete. He would state he would at a certain time and date and than make excuses, for not showing up. Responding well after my initial communication. Tim quoted a price for my floor installation, which was to include raising sections of my floor, in order to have the the baseboards flush with the floor, once the flooring was installed. He did not do that, then later indicated that I had options to fix the problem, which would cost additional money. One of his workers later stated Tim should have removed the baseboards before installing the floors. Overall a very unpleasant and less than professional experience.

Tim was fantastic throughout the entire project process. Communication was great, price was reasonable and the work was what we expected. We recommend Welcome Home to anyone and will be hiring for future projects.
