They were excellent. We've already replaced a shower, windows, roof, and exterior painting and nothing solved our leak. After many bids, many companies claiming "it's not our fault!" and a lot of headache, Carlson came out, diagnosed the problem accurately, fixed it for much less than we thought we'd have to spend, and did a good job.
