Tankless Water Heater - Install
After our hot water tank exploded, we decided to go with a tankless. We started out at Home Depot because, Why not, right? Home Depot sent their youngest and most inexperienced. Horrible vibes. So we took to Home Advisor and Steve from Calypso called and was out to see us the same day! Not only were his recommendations for the project spot on to what we wanted, he was far more affordable and far more reasonable than his competitor! They started our installation on Monday at 8am and just finished up today (Tuesday) at 1130am! Not only were these gentleman professional, they were kind, understanding, informative, clean, and VERY knowledgeable! Steve was able to decipher everything within minutes of seeing our basement. He had a set plan ready to go before he left and instilled so much confidence in us. Jon came out for the install and was amazing. He was so kind with my children who had 50,000 questions to ask lol He was also extremely professional an courteous. They left about 15 minutes ago and our hot water is better than before. I can't wait to put our new tankless to the test! My basement looks like no one was even there. They cleaned up everything so well! I can promise we will be calling Calypso with our plumbing needs from now on. Wonderful company, locally owned, and family run. That's a beautiful thing and I couldn't be happier with their services!

Gas Piping
I scheduled a quote to install a gas line for a new gas stove. After getting the quote, I scheduled the installation. The installation day came and no one ever showed up. I have not heard anything from the company since. Not very professional

I called them at 9:30 am and they came the same day in matter of hours to fix my leak. They repaired what I needed and did a great job... I would recommend this company if you need plumbing work...
