The men were on time both days and cleaned up after themselves. Mike Rowland always kept in touch when ever I called or texted him. My walkway looks good ð and you know when the wife is happy everything is good ð .

Beautiful concrete driveway by the actual concrete crew. Too many no-show dates. Do not give a dates you cannot meet and then not communicate as we sit around waiting for you on our vacation or push the blame to others. We would have been fine with a later time frame if that is what was needed.

As we strive to get everyone's jobs done in a reasonable timeline, there are often the uncontrollable variables that many don't understand. I don't like making excuses for them, and often, what has happened is understood. Concrete is unforgiving, so you can wish for things not to happen, that sometimes still do happen, even if you as a Manger jumps into the battle, often your communication dies or gets delayed. unfortunately, you can't win every battle

I need to have a concrete job arround my pool insted of that they mess the front yard, they damage patio furnature, they cut electrical outlet out side does not work, the cement arround the pump is leaking all over the place. the concret is 3 weeks old and is already crack

Mike (Cambria Constuction) and his men did an overall outstanding job replacing our patio in a difficult location on our property. HIs price to do the jib was right too. The only thing I wish they had done differently was to make sure the concrete did not stain the bottoms of our trim and siding. It was taped and plastic sheeting was in place but did not stay due to not enough tape a on a windy day. We would DEFINITELY hire Cambria Construction Services again!
