Unprofessional, did not do quality work. Very deceitful. Contractor told me that since I did not have Delta faucets it would take him a lot longer to do the work, but a later contractor had no problem with this. They charged me a service call of $146 to come back out and take a look at the problem they had created.

Derrick the plumber was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. He was eager to talk and share his knowledge of the project and the business in general. (Some of these people you can't get two words out of and when you do you wish you hadn't). He did the best he could on an old shower set-up and it's up and running again. I'm very pleased and would recomend them instantly to anyone in need of the service. The office was also very on top of things as to appointments and scheduling. Again I would recomend them highly!

Contacted me very soon after inquiry, Repaired water heater in about 2 hours. Cost was about half what I expected. Service person diagnosed and repaired the problem. Some water in the cellar that was a bit of a nuisance, but overall a good experience.
