Quick response and cleared up a green pool.

Cameron is the most polite, efficient, reliable, person we've ever done business with. We had some problems with our Filter and DE issues, he helped us verbally as well as came out and cleaned our remaining DE that had settled at the bottom of the pool. Cameron always returned our phone calls, he was on time and listened to us and answered every question we had. Cameron is very cost efficient with our budget. I have a DE pool filter system. DE was going back to the pool, and the pump was not priming. I have had this problem before and I have gone through the checks for causes, i.e. broken grids, cracks in the manifold, worn gaskets,but cannot find the cause. My filter system is old, and I really thought that when Cameron shows up, he was going to tell me to replace my system. After going through the same checks, and based on what I told him what I have done to date, Cameron was able to identify the problem and fix it. My pool is humming again. And the charge was more than reasonable. I felt that I saved a lot of money that day. Cameron was punctual, very knowledgeable and skillful, fully equipped to diagnose the pool and do the work, and patient in answering questions. I know who to call next time I have issues. I highly recommend him.

Cameron was personable, punctual and professional. We made an initial appointment which he had to change, but he gave me plenty of advance notice and showed up at the agreed time. He followed through on each promise and the work quality was great. Not cheap, but I think the price was fair. I plan on continuing to use him.
