Fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! My bathroom looks great now and I never thought a new toilet could make someone so happy 😂 I'll definitely use them again in the future for my plumbing needs and hopefully HVAC soon. Chris was amazing!

We were VERY impressed with Eibher's work ethic and experience level. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and was patient in answering all our questions. He deserves six stars at least.

Finished the job in one day. Techs were very friendly walked me through the system and were very knowledgeable in regards to answering all my questions.

As usual, the service was great and very professional! Plus, I am over joyed to see they have hired women as field service techs. Thalia Hernandez did an outstanding job and I hope we will see her again. Campbell & Company is the best. PS. Campbell should post a picture of their women techs.

Unfair/deceptive billing

The technician that came to our home for our winter inspection was very courteous and knowledgeable: He was nice enough to install our filter which is stubborn :)

This is the 2nd time our heater needed work this month. Diago was the technician. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything we needed and worked very quickly . I will request him for any of our future needs!! I would highly recommend this company!

It went Excellent! Christian Beedle did an excellent and professional job! I really appreciate his knowledge and advice on how to use preventive measures to avoid future drainage problems.

They did a good job.

They did half the work and have not heard back from them in 2 weeks. Now they had the nerve to send me the bill for the uncompleted job. Worst service ever. They don't return phone calls.

GREAT. Would like to be able to get scheduled sooner, but because it was a non emergency I rated the service as excellent. Don't know about an emergency situation if I would trust the service to get scheduled.

The installation was good, They were very responsive. It was a brand new Air Conditioning, because it was a first installation for them of the brand and model.

The unit was not cooling and when I called they set an appointment and arrived as stated. The technician was very friendly and not bothered by someone looking over their shoulder. It was determined that the Freon was practically gone, but leak checks could not find the leak. The technician charged the system and told me to call if anything happened in the near future. This was an approximately $400 service. After 5 days, the unit stopped cooling again. I called and had another service, this time the original technician arrived with assistance. The leak was determined to be in the condenser coil and would require replacement. An estimate of $800 was given, which was the labor charge with no anticipated charge for the Freon. The part was to be ordered and repairs conducted the following week after the parts arrived. On the day repairs were to be done, I called the shop around 10 as I was told this would be an all day job. The shop did not have an appointment for me nor was the part in. I asked to wait for a return call from the parts department with an anticipated date. I was rather disappointed at this time and was formulating this review in my head. The person from the parts department called 2 hours later and informed me that the required part was out at least two weeks, so I was told that the technician was on his way and another would be following with a new complete condenser unit. This unit was installed by the end of the day, meeting the original promised schedule. I was informed that the parts would be covered for the remainder of the 10 years, it would not restart but the original price estimate would be honored. The slip in the professionalism score has nothing to do with the way I was treated as I felt they did all they could to get my issues addressed, I deducted the point as they should have called to let me know of the delay so that the two hours I waited for the return call from the parts department would not have me fuming. All of the people working this job were very professional and did a great job getting us back in cool air once the total problem was know.

The Campbell tech spotted the mistake I made in about 15 seconds and fixed it in the next 30 seconds. He charged me only the dispatch fee since the work was simple and short. I liked that.

Everyone I have dealt with at Campbell & Company has been great--the schedulers, the estimater, install crew, and now the regulat system maintenance guy. Great company to work with.

Very well. They came in and surveyed the house. Gave us a clear idea on how it will be installed and an estimate on how much it will cost. Gave us a day when the job will be done, and it got done. They also added an electrical outlet for our microwave which had to be mounted over our stove.

The young man that came out was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. He determined that the compressor cooling fan motor and start stop capacitor were bad. I asked him what the cooling fan motor was going to cost he quoted me around $550. Then I asked him what the start-stop capacitor was going to cost and he told me right around $160. I told him I thought that was quite a bit of money, he said that's what they cost. He installed both of them and got the unit up and running, he was here for about an hour and a half. When he left he presented me with a bill of $825. After he was gone I went online to find out what the cost of a cooling fan motor was. They ranged online anywhere from $75 to $130. The stop start capacitor was anywhere from $10 to $30. when the young man left the air condition unit was up and running ,but it never cooled the house down all night and the air conditioning lines coming into the air conditioner we're freezing up, we had to open the windows and run the fans to get the house so it was livable. We call them the next morning and they were out almost immediately, the young man told us that the unit probably needed to be charged with refrigerant as it have been quite awhile since anybody had put any refrigerant in the system. I asked him what that would cost and he told me that it was $400 to put the first two pounds of refrigerant in the system and $32 a pound for anything after that. He told me that there were probably a leak in the cooling coils and he could not guarantee how long the refrigerant he put in would last. He said that he could have an estimator come out and give us an estimate on what it would cost to get this old unit up and running. The estimator came out and gave us an estimate of $2,750. We decided that we would look at another company. We got a local Air Condition company to replace a with a brand new air conditioning unit brand new coils and cleaned everything up for $3,000, and that came with a 10 year guarantee. They had to order the new air conditioning unit so they came out and put the refrigerant in the system for free so we would be able to live in the house until the new unit arrived. My wife called and complained about the cost of what they did and they basically told us that's what it costs and to live with it. Needless to say I will never call Campbell and Company again. My advice to anybody is if you have them come out get a second opinion before you agree to anything.
