Contact was made right away. My job was a service call non emergency. Stayed in contact even through the weekend as to when he could come. Came exactly as he said. Date and time. Now that is very unusual. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything about my problem and offered numerous solutions. Not so much of a drain clog as a problem with the main pipe to the septic. The charge were just a little higher than I anticipated, however that could be me lack of knowing the present environment. Would not hesitate to call again.

Excellent service and responsiveness. Called on holiday and Joe set up appointment for next day. Traced source of shower leak and fixed it well. Friendly and provided education on different parts of the system and what to watch out for over time. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
