I feel that this contractor is not very professional, he came with a notebook paper and handwritten contract. I needed to show him how to actually pressure wash, and his edging was horrible. It took him probably 2 days to pressure wash and his machine was leaking very bad. I had to give him a pair of rubber boots because he was barefoot. He started staining the 8ft section of staining on deck, and I asked him to stay on inside, and then he did the outside, even though I specified. He brought his girlfriend who was pregnant to the job as well, and then he didn't come back because he said he had an emergency. He also got here at 11 or 11:30 and then he took a half hour lunch, and leaves at 4 or 5, which isn't a full day. He told me he was low on funds, and I bought the mulch so he can continue, which was suppose to be included in the price he gave me.
