Luc was refreshing after my recent experiences with 3 other HVAC repair technicians providing estimates. He seems like a humble, normal guy instead of an arrogant salesman. I feel like this profession/industry is becoming influenced by viral videos that show you tricks to gaslight customers, and his visit was so uniquely straightforward (which gives some support to my theory that the others were indeed using unseemly tactics). Also, he was responsive, punctual, polite, and seems to know his way around the equipment. I look forward to seeing the estimate.
