Interactions with the staff were great. There were some tasks left undone. Owner stated staff would return to complete, but did not.

They were extremely polite, respectful and friendly. Anything I pointed out to them was taken care of. My apartment looked and smelled clean and fresh. Even though they were initial hired for a one-time clean, I have priced out and arranged for a twice monthly regular clean.
