Can-Do Cleaning

Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money on quite the worst cleaning job I have seen. The lady showed up with her two daughters to help and they completed the whole 4 bed 2 bath house in 2 hours…. So I drove home to make sure it was done, I called her back in from standing by her car to leave that I noticed several missed spots. She cleaned the kitchen cabinets up I pointed out and I let her leave. I then started to check more closely since her two kids were in the car and they were clearly ready to go, it s like I paid for everything that didn t get done that was on the list. Baseboards, kitchen appliances, bathroom drawer, windows, sweep and mop. I had to buy all the cleaning products because I just moved in, and clean it myself. It Took me HOURS. I have pictures I took after cleaning before / after like the room floors, the oven, the windows, the baseboards… etc. You can see clearly they didn t do a good job at all from my pictures. Just so disappointed and was ripped off for sure. This shouldn t take 2 hours, especially when the daughters are not adults yet and still learning.

Before hiring, I explained this was a clean up for move out and that I am messy person. I made it clear that the kitchen would be a priority particularly the range and the top. I was assured that my need and expectation was understood. when I went back to the property after the work was finished the inside of the oven still needed additional work, as did one of the burner bowls on top. the door sides and top were not touched. There was still stuff on the counter and around the sink that needed to be wiped down and it did not appear that the floor had been swept or mopped. there is more but I do not wish to keep going. I rate the work as poor and would never refer this company to anyone I like.

Michelle was thorough and everything sparkled. I have scheduled her again for next month.

They squeezed us in last minute, which was fantastic. They did a mostly thorough job, but did miss a few little spots on the walls. Overall, I'm happy though and would definitely recommend.
