I am very disappointed with this company. I purchased a quartz countertop. When the guy measured my kitchen I specifically asked if this counter was as thick as what they were replacing because I was concerned with how it would match up to the existing backsplash. He said it would match up fine. After the install there was a ½ inch gap between the countertop and backsplash. If I had known this ahead of time I could have shimmed under the counter top with a ¼ inch piece of oak. The salesman came out and said he could fill the gap with grout and it would look fine. I let him try that and it looked terrible. He had some installers come out. They cut out the grout he put in and tried to do it over. They ran out of grout and said they would come back. I've heard nothing since. I am very disappointed especially for what I paid.

We don't get our new countertops until November but Wendell and the crew have been very professional, the granite is lovely and we can't wait to see the final result!

Expensive but good quality and customer service.

Canaan Stone Works, LLC was a great company to do business with. They were not pushy nor did they seek to steer me in directions I didn't want to go. They measured, explained pricing & left it to me to choose stone and color. Installation was done so professionally and w/care for surroundings. Canaan provided timely suggestions & a very reasonable price. We purchased a quartz countertop w/huge granite undermount sinks. I would highly recommend Canaan Stone Works... They do top quality work at a very reasonable price. As important or more I felt they had a real sense of integrity whether addressing an issue w/ salesman, installers, accounting/receptionist or the Owner/Operator of the business. They didn't have to say much, work spoke for itself, nevertheless, everything they stated or implied was done sincerely & professionally & looked great.

They told me it would take ten days to two weeks to schedule my install; it turned out to be more like three to four weeks. Then I had a problem finding out when to expect them. They are a small company, very nice but a little disorganized.

OMG we are so in luv with our granite & backsplash! Daniel & Robby did a fantastic job. Start to finish complete in 1 1/2 days..unbelievable! Everyone from sales, customer service to service techs were great to work with and will certainly recommend their services to anyone that is looking for a kitchen upgrade!!! Thanks to everyone to made my dream come true!!!

The product is goo, the installers were efficient and friendly.

I have not dealt with a company that was more responsive to my questions or requests. Weather it was Wendell or Jessica in the office I had a response within an hour or so. From the very beginning their customer service was superb. Wendell came to our home the day after initial contact to provide the estimate. As soon as we decided to choose Canaan as our contractor they scheduled a time to make the template and within a few days were scheduling a time to install the counter tops. The installers were professional and worked well with each other. They were respectful of our home and to us. The reason for the 4.5 on work quality is there was a minor glitch during the install. I have not addressed it with the company but I am certain if I choose to they will take care of it pronto. They have been very responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to all friends and family who is considering new counter or vanity tops

Best priced and best quality with a variety of options from the others. We looked at a granite overlay (I didn't realize it was an overlay when I setup time), and it was more than $1,000 more for the service, not including sink or faucet. Apparently it's very popular in the area...but I can't image choosing that for my counters and I'm very glad we didn't. The entire team at Canaan was very helpful and friendly and were able to do more for less in a shorter amount of time than the other companies we explored. Very pleased with our choice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a higher quality partner!

I recommend Canaan they did an excellent job for us. From the quick response same day estimate to the completion on the job. Wendell and Graham along with their entire team were very impressive.

Highly recommend Canaan Stoneworks! Top notch customer service, from the office staff to the installers, everyone went above and beyond to help us with our marble countertop install. They really worked to help us find just the right marble slabs and stay with in budget. We are in LOVE with our kitchen now, magazine beautiful!

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service - I had some ideas for a non-conventional installation and Sienda worked with me to stay in budget and get the look I was going for. Installation has not happened yet but so far they have been great. The only thing I was improve is the amount of in-stock slabs, their inventory seemed light. You can get slabs from other bulk supply houses though.

Excellent workmanship. Two men worked as a team the best I've seen and did a quick and excellent job on the installation.

I had to ask a lot of questions during the process from estimate to installing. I thought they would of up front, what to expect and prepare for the installation. Was told just to clean out under sink. After installation found sawdust in the top drawers and on floor.

I have a very difficult time getting contractors to return my calls in my area. These guys not only called me back but worked around my busy schedule to get what I needed done. I pretty much would have paid anything but they were also reasonably priced. They were very professional with me and showed me what to expect prior to taking anything on. The finished product was amazing! I am very happy with them and I would recommend them to anyone.
