The quality of the work is good but his follow up is terrible. He installed some tile in my bathroom. However, there is one tile that rocks back and forth. He is aware of the problem and he promised he will return back to my home to repair it. It has been several weeks and he has yet to come back out; I have attempted to reach out to him several times to repair this job. However, he will not return my calls, I have text him with no response back. You cannot get in touch with him and he has been paid in full.
