Pat was very knowledgeable. He was also very nice. He even like my dogs. It turned out that the problem was not with my heating unit but the gas going to the unit. He traced the problem to the earthquake shut-off valve and reset it. I would definitely recommend him.

Pat showed up on time. Of course now, AC was working fine when the repairman shows up. Although he didn't find a problem at first, Pat's wasn't convinced there was nothing wrong based on my problem report. After a thorough check, he found a old worn out part that was possible cause of the problem. After replacing that part, AC is working great now! Friendly, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning repair is the one service that seems fraught with misinformation and dubious so-called experts. When you have little or no idea what might be causing a problem you are always at the mercy of the technician. Pat with C&B may be the most honest and straight forward in the field. Could not have had better and truthful service.

Pat had to get a part he needed but was diverted to another job. Cosequently came back much later than expected. Not his fault I'm guessing but a matter of conflicted scheduling

This company was an answer to prayer! I was prompted to call them because they had had so many years of experience. The lady in the office was very knowledgable and she answered many of my questions over the phone. The technician was out the next afternoon. Once the problem was located, it was promptly fixed and the AC was soon back in business! I highly recommend this company.
