They ordered the wrong style of deck railing. I didn't notice until it was half installed. I didn't want to have them rip it out and reorder new rails as it had already taken several weeks to get these. The deck paint looked great on Friday but was peeling by Sunday. It's been 6 weeks and they haven't been back to repair it while continuing to promise to do so. Looking now for someone to come and finish the work.

Mr. Cooper and his crew did a fantastic job on my porch railing job. Everyone was professional and gentlemanly. They cleaned up after the job and hauled the old materials away for me. The price was right and the materials used are top notch. I would recommend them for any work you may need.
