C & C Appliance Repair

Freezer was not dispensing ice. I knew what the problem was because it had happened previously, but 2 well known appliance dealers refused to fix it because they said the same problem would occur in 3 months. Whirlpool knew they had used wiring that was too short at the bottom of the freezer door but would not admit to it.. I finally found someone to take on the task. He fixed it and lasted 3 years. After convincing the C&C representative that the dispensing problem was the result of the broken wiring at the bottom of the freezer door, he fixed it. The motor was now running, but did not test whether it would dispense the ice because I had emptied the ice bucket. It did not work I called the mechanic and he showed up the next day and discovered that when inspecting the inside door of the freezer, he had misplaced something and fixed the problem. I am grateful - Zae.

C&C arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The two young men that came to my home knew exactly what the problem was. They explained to me what the concern was and proceeded to take care of the problem. They answered all of my questions. I was quite impressed with their professional manner. The project was great. The refrigerator is working like a charm. Thank you.

They began by misdiagnosing the issue. came back to repair it, didn't repair it or notify me that it wasn't completed. Two weeks, several missed deadlines and much inadequate communication later, the problem isn't resolved and I'm not confident it will be.

They helped repair a problem with my Magic Chef refrigerator (frozen drain line) in a timely professional manner.

Came to the house twice billed over $350 and the problem is not fixed. An appliance resale store told me to readjust the drainage pipe -- pull the rubber hose upward. It worked, and works today. $350 for nothing.

Company was unable to fix the issue. Diagnostics tools were not done properly. We explained our situation in the beginning. They replaced the ice maker saying it was burned out, which was not the problem to which they then replaced with another ice maker that didn't work.It begs the question, do they know what they are doing.

They have tried two times to repair the refrigerator, and it's not working. The same applies to a freezer I decided to have them fix. A couple of times I didn't receive a phone call when they said they would call. I'm still trying to get both of the appliances to work.

Tech came out, I left him to work on the DW, next thing I knew, the DW latch was broken and the door was stuck closed. He gave a parts list that was around $290.00. I called the office after he left and told them I didn't want to pay for a visit that left my DW worse than before, they agreed. After a few weeks, I called them back figuring they would be extra interested in fixing what they had broken. No way. The office man said that since I hadn't paid they owed me nothing, despite having broken the door! And then he hung up. Incompetent and won't honor their own bad work. Stay away!

As luck would have it...my fridge was not an easy fix and the folks at C&C Appliance Repair came out and looked at how to resolve the issue and the price was more than reasonable. Great thing about them was their ability to work with our busy work schedules and the dogs loved them too...I will recommend and us them for any appliance issue I have in the future.

Great response time and service. A little pricey for job.

I got a call back very quickly. The ONLY complaint I have is that the service person did not make it on the afternoon he had planned. It was the Monday after Easter and it was very busy. He was very apologetic and came the next morning. He was very professional and quickly assessed the situation. As promised, he provided an estimate for the job and gave me the option before moving forward. He gave me his honest opinion given the age of the dishwasher and the cost of the parts plus labor. It was refreshing to have a repairman with integrity. I will call C and C again!
