Great guys who understood my electrical problem right away. They were on time and very professional. Both guys took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and gave me multiple solutions how to fix the problem. I will absolutely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

mr. Walker was prompt, courteous, and appeared very knowledgeable. he came on time, found the problem, said he would be back at a certain time, came back and fixed the problem as he said he would. I will certainly call him again if we need electrical work.

I had a gfi circuit problem that was tripping whenever a light was turned on that I could not figure out. Charles was on time and had the issue fixed within an hour.

Watch his hours closely. He worked only 4 hours at the job sites combined including travel. Yet, he charged us another 1.5 hours for travel time to and from his office because he did not have the right parts with him at the time. I tried to negotiate this disagreement and he became beligerant and insisted on full payment. I would not use Charles again!

"this guy is a cheapskate and he was not up front with me. Ken Jodock call me about a pool table light he won't remove and reinstall at his son house and I said I would but he didn't tell me that his son lives in Puyallup.Which I don't work I am local Tacoma, Lakewood and Dupont. So when I get to the job Ken's wife told me where her son lives at then I told Ken's wife and their son that I was going to charge them from the time I start job at their home (Lakewood) to the time I get to Puyallup .So Ken's son was supposed to show me how to get to his house he left me in traffic and he also gave me the wrong address. There is a St and Ave in Puya"
