Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

He was very professional, pleasant, and on time. Very pleased.

Giovanni and his staff are great. In cleaning our vents he came across another issue and on a separate visit dis the repair. His pricing is very reasonable. Great and honest company.

Very polite and professional

They were fairly flexible on pricing and very easy to work with.

I got an appointment the next day and delivered on their work. I even got a call ahead to let me know when they'd be here. I will definitely use them again.

Straightforward courteous people. Great advice

I was disappointed with this company because they didn't measure up to the good reviews I had read about them. To begin, they were half an hour late instead of the 15 minute delay they informed me about. When they arrived, I expected two professionals. Instead, there was one worker and his daughter (teenager). That's not what I was paying for. Also, I had to call them and tell them they had left some of their equipment.

They came out the same day I called.

Very detailed

Hard workers

The C&C employees were very professional, detailed, on time for the appointment, and cleaned up after they were finished. They also explained the cleaning process in detail and pointed out related areas of concern. I will definitely hire C&C again and would highly recommend them to others.

On time, showed me video of what was cleaned out of vents. Vacuumed all excess dust and dirt from around he vents

Good, efficient and competent service.

They called to tell me they were running a little late but they called and that's what I care about.

Work performed was very good. They were on time and very friendly. Overall I was pleased with the work performed. Room for improvement on the cleanup afterwards. They forgot to clean behind themselves in a couple of areas.

I was told exactly what they were doing and how long it would take before they started. They were correct. All dust was cleaned up afterward. Friendly service and worked continually until the job was done

When I filled out the form for his work on his website, the question asked " How many vents". The answer I choose was 15 or more. When we spoke, he made no clarification or comment on; if you have 15 vents or more, the cost will increase. The original estimate was $370 (special on his website) he provided to me in writing prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he counted all the vents, the cost was $984.95. I asked what are you talking about, he said you have more that 15 vents. A potential client has a reasonable expectation that this company "man" would have this information on his form/website. He should state " for vents more than 15, call and get an honest estimate for more than 15 vents. I suggested again he should update his form, " he state he would think about it". I told him, I did NOT have the time to go hire another company, a family member requires this work done work, due to health issues. I cant evaluate the quality of the work he did, due to, I am not a qualified Air/Vent Duct Specialist. The day before I was watching "Reporter/Producer, Steve Hansen, he featured the "Bait and Switch on Air Duct and Vent cleaning.

Very professional and on time. I will definitely use them again.

I have to say, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the two gentlemen who came to clean my home vents. They were able to see me the same day and gave me a fair price. They were careful with my home and the cleaning was well worth the money I paid for it. It honestly feels like I'm breathing fresher air than before. I moved into this home two years ago, this was my first cleaning. I will go back to them for future business.

I was impressed at how thorough the process was. There was a significant improvement in the air quality of the house. Giovanni was very good at explaining the various options that were available. Looking back, I am glad that I spent the money. It was well worth it! I had been concerned about air participates and bacteria being in the duct system. Since I had everything cleaned and also had the Whole House Sanitation (misting) done, I feel much better about air quality in the house. Since I've had some respiratory problems, this is of the upmost importance. I highly recommend C & C Home Services!....you will not regret using their services!

Appointment ran a bit late due to NOVA traffic, but, satisfied with quality of work. Scheduling was quick, easy and the work was explained and done in a professional manner. Will hire again for my next project!

On time. Great service

Arrived on time and were extremely through in explaining the duct cleaning process. Also, was pleased with the advice to maintain the cleanliness around the heater. Very happy I selected C&C Home Services to clean my Air Ducts.
