I was charged $5200 for just vent replacement over stove, tacking down loose roof flashing, sweeping off shingles (caused protective layer to be removed), and worker painted the vents for my water and propane gas system black (not requested by me). Almost half of my bedroom ceiling , which had been weakening) has fallen since the vents were painted. .I have been advised the whole roof needs to be replaced now. I admit I had not discussed cost prior work being done and had not insisted on a written invoice at the time. Company owner has never provided an invoice since work was done last August, although I had requested more than once. This has become a learning experience which I do not plan to repeat in the future.

Cancelled on me multiple times. When Fred did appear his estimate was less than half the actual cost turned out to be and he and his assistant didn't fully follow through with what I requested. Several weeks later Fred stopped by my house to request more money to fix what I had requested the first time, took a cheque for a deposit but has yet to return. Overall I can't recommend Fred or this company.

Came out quickly to give an estimate and were prepared to take care of my issues right then. Did a good job repairing my roof and would definitely call them again.

Asked lots of questions to make sure they could do the repairs, bring all supplies needed without a second trip and they were done quickly

They were highly professional. They work, work, worked and never took a break! They gave me plenty of options on materials.
