Eugene repaired a broken door on a range that another appliance company had broken. He fixed it and the range works great. I recently called him for help w disconnecting the range gas line and moving it. He is professional, knowledgable and responsive.

My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. The tenant reported an issue with the dryer -- or possibly the venting that directs the hot air and lint beneath the house and then out into the atmosphere. One service provider said it was the dryer (and couldn't fix it). Another provider said it had to be the vent (and didn't fix it). Something that seemed simple turned out to be very difficult; our tenant was without a dryer for months! Finally, I started searching on HomeAdvisor and found Eugene Butler. I didn't know him and had no experience working with him before. But I got a "very good vibe" about him and happily hired him to go out and take a look. He went right out there and fixed it in a matter of minutes (it was the vent, not the dryer). I don't know why this had turned into such an ordeal, but I do know this: For future jobs like this, my first call will be to Eugene Butler of C & D Sales & Service. Thank you, Eugene.

i can't really rate their work since we're dealing with ducts that i cannot see but they seemed to know what they're doing, were careful, and were very helpful in helping me understand what they were doing and what i needed to do in the future in terms of appliance maintenance.

They did an excellent job cleaning my large oven hood and fan! It hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. It's been totally de-greased and it's sparkling clean!

Eugene did a fabulous job cleaning out the dryer vent. I will ask him again next year!

The requested service was vent hood cleaning in a private home Eugene Butler and an assistant arrived promptly and finished promptly too and did additional cleaning around the stove and vent area. They were great to work with and I haven't had any problems since they finished the job.

These gentlemen were very organized; came in took a look at the situation, discussed with me any needed changes of approach for agreement, then got RIGHT TO IT!!!

Made time for me that same day, and kept calling me to let me know where he was, and how soon it will take him to get to my broken fridge. He was clean and quickly told me the sad news. But most important my little scruffy dog liked him right away, which is unusual.
