The two-man team that came in worked hard, my shrubs that were taken out were over 20 years old! The were very polite and not only took the shrubs out quickly but left my property nice and tidy afterward. They had to come back today to finish a last minute tree trim today and they did great! I was feeling under the weather today or else I would have been out there, chatting with them and offering coffee, today was very chilly! I would highly recommend them!

Carl was very responsive to my requests and had a quote to me within a day or two. There was an oversight with the quote for what services were required and Carl rectified the situation to my satisfaction. His guys even came out to mow on a non-scheduled day and did an excellent job!

The weather was not in our favor for the original first mowing date. Since the grass grew extra, they double-cut the lawn and it looked great. One of my guests at the house the next day commented about how professional the lawn looked and wanted to know who cuts it for me.

After Carl realized I wasn't completely satisfied with the original work, he sent his crew back out to re-do the edging. I give him credit for actually following up, caring about what his customers thought about the quality of the job, and coming back out to address any issues. That is rare with any company and so I appreciate his commitment to customer service.
