Great counters and value for removal of old and installing new.

They did a decent job on the granite. Unfortunately, the tile backsplashes in the kitchen were aweful! They charged over $2200 for the tile work & we will have to tear it all out and redo!! So sad, could have been beautiful. Uneven joints, walls not smoothed, so extremely uneven! Absolutely NO response from the owner regarding this issue!

Competitive prices, excellent quality and good communication

Came out and measured and gave me a quote which was far less than two other quotes. Put in large quartz counter top in kitchen and bath and worked hard in there design to make the most of the slabs I bought without seams. Highly recommend

This was a great experience! Peter, Demitri, Jim, and the install guys were great. From start to finish, we had new countertops in a week, and they look fabulous. Would definitely recommend C & G!

C&G Marble & Granite was a very good choice for us as the entire experience was about our project, quality and excellent communication that was best-in-class. The quality of the estimate and understanding our requirements for upstairs bath and master bath were far better than the other 3 estimates received. The consideration for our home needs and clean-up every night was outstanding. The attention to detail with high execution ability of the 2 person team was A++. We are very critical for our stone and tile work and could be happier with results. Cost was extreme value based on the time they spent on task and understanding our preferences. Showed up late, and didn't complete the job. Never came back to make it right or even return my phone calls. This company doesn't guarantee the work they do.

They did a wonderful job removing and installing my new quartz countertops! They did a really good job at making sure they contained their mess as well by putting coverings down on the floor. Also, they did a great job of cleaning up their mess at the end of the night too. However, Right before my countertops were suppose to be installed I could not get ahold of the salesman, Austin, that I had been in communication with through the ENTIRE process, and it was very irritating and unsettling not hearing anything. I was frantically calling every number I could find to get ahold of someone, anyone with the company. No one was answering or returning my calls. Although this little hicup was making me nervous, I eventually was able to get ahold of one of the Owners, Herman, and he was wonderful and assured me he would be there to install and he was! At first i was going to leave a really bad review on how communication was horrible and unprofessional, but after finding out the person that I was dealing with just up and left and they hadn't heard from him, Austin, in a week I totally understood. An unreliable employee can happen at any time to any business. So Yes I would defiantly use C & G Marble & Granite again!

I admit some of the reviews reflect my own complaints: poor communications, long delays, gouged counters that needed to have trim installed to cover up, etc. However the stone counters installed in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and that's what counts. I went out for 4 bids and this firm was the most competitive. I love the counters and they will aid greatly when selling my condo. Thank you C & G!

If I could rate zero stars I would! I am in the middle of nightmare! You name it, it's gone wrong!!! Everything from incorrect cut granite, damage to my wall, chips in granite and negotions to fix their wrong doing. I am hoping to talk to the owner of this company....the owner did my job ;(. This job started on a Friday it's now Wednesday. They are sending their Painter to do wall damage repair.... Nice guys, but nice doesn't really matter when they're not conscientious.

Good customer service. Neat n clean install. We had a time limit and they even came a day early!

Basically the one day job took 19 days. They removed the kitchen countertops sink, and unhooked the dishwasher. When they discovered that the quartz countertop they brought was not properly cut they left, promising to bring back a properly measured one. Everything was left disassembled....for 10 days. We were washing dishes in the bathtub. We also brought back in our old countertops ourselves to cover the cabinets and exposed drawers. Many phone calls from us and promises from them later, we finally got the kitchen finished, paying a plumber overtime to reattach the faucets and dishwasher. There were many issues that arose which they eventually addressed, but I am still waiting for a refund of an overpayment that should have been "in the mail" over a week ago. No, I would not recommend C & G.

Installed kitchen counter top. They threw away the hardware for the dishwasher, had to hire an installer to provide hardware to secure the dishwasher. I asked about the care and cleaning, told not to worry the granite is sealed. Immediately the counters were showing dark stains where water drops fell on the counter. Larger stains began appearing near the range. Called and left message. No return call. After a few weeks someone did call and made an appointment to take care of the stains. Water an hour and a half and no one showed. I am now looking for a company to see if the counter can be salvaged. I paid $2,900.00 for a third world quality job. What a waste of money and time.

Price and service were decent but finished product left a lot to be desired. The silicone beads they put around the periphery of the counters were very poorly done and are now dried in uneven globs. The edges look so bad that I was forced to add trim work to my project to cover up the poor install, and there are also sizeable gaps between one wall and the counter that I can fit my finger in. The stone itself looks really nice but it's the detail work that really makes the final product and the non-English speaking installers didn't deliver.

C & G marble cracked and chipped my granite in multiple areas prior to installation and never told me. Once I pointed out the cracks, chips they said we can fix. I waited over a week and sent several emails before they tried to fix the cracks, after several attempts the cracks look the same. the border was forgotten on day of install, once cut it was cut uneven and installed uneven. no regard to quality of work, this is not professional installation. don't hire these people. their truck leaked on my new twenty thousand dollar drive way, they thew cigarette butts and left a milky white substance mess over my entire kitchen, appliances. I've been waiting weeks for a resolution, they will not talk to me these people are not honest, or perform professional quality work. Home Advisor should be ashamed.
