Started the job, never finished, all work done not up to the code.

Do NOT hire. They sub-contracted out several people for a job that should have been simple and completed in a week. It has been 2 months now and 3 or 4 different people have been assigned to the project and the job has been completely ripped down and started from scratch. Finally they hired someone halfway decent to complete the job, but he works at a pace of 3-4 pieces of tile per day. We also found out he was only showing up about 4 hours per day most of the time. Then one day they just stopped showing up without the job complete. I have heard nothing from C&H and I am assuming that they dropped the job and are ignoring us. They will not return our calls and have left us with a bathroom with a film of dirt, a dirty and matted carpet (which they initially promised to have steam cleaned for us), tile that needs to be removed and replaced, and walls that need to be mudded/possibly new dry wall. We got a quote to fix all the work they messed up and it's higher than their original price for the work. Also, they used our tile saw which they said they would purchase from us but never did.

Smooth salesman who knows exactly what Fema pays out first and that conveniently is his price to remove insulation from under manufactured homes and sprays for mold. Cost was $5000.00 and didn't spray.
