This project had a few challenges which apparently scared off many other contractors. Cliff and the guys figured everything out and are nearly finished. Well satisfied.

We thought we wanted a metal roof with top quality materials for our house. We got a couple of bids on both shingles and metal roofing because we were undecided which way to go. We listened to the people we called carefully. This was the best price for the best materials and we chose the metal roof. The work was entirely completed within two days. These guys are efficient and meticulous in their work. For example, how often do you see contractors using a metal detector on your lawn during clean up, to make sure there werenâ  t any errant bolts/nails left for you to step on? In the spring these guys built a deck for us. The workmanship was beautiful. So we called them up again to have a discussion about a roof. If these guys can build a fire station in the area, they can definitely put on a quality roof and they did.

This crew did a wonderful job. They used quality materials. The price was fair. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The crew was polite and responsive. My husband used to teach industrial arts and told them the house would fall down before anything happened to the new deck. We will have them back next year , without hesitation, to put on a metal roof on the house. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way it was on the old deck, including dog run, bird feeds and flag holders.

Phil is a good pro. He is honest and fair. And knows what he is doing.

Horrible, poor workmanship. Used damaged materials, supplied wrong materials for his profit, bad mouthed me to other customers of his. Refused to reimburse me for materials and items i paid for on my credit card. Lied all the time about just about everything. Would not listen to me about anything. Abandoned my job to start another job and i tracked them down and found he did a more horrible job for the. Now he is having a legal process against me. Lied to his lawyer. I set up mediation which is what the contract prescribes to problem and would not respond with in the 10 the AG's office allowed then contacted them a week or sl later to tell them he filed a suit against me but did not file it for another month or so. I talked to his lawyer and he did not tell his lawyer i set up mediation. He is a bully, told the wife of the job he left my project for and they said the same thing. That he told the wife he would no longer be conversing about the project with her husband only her. Because he to fussy . He would not listen to me and give no answers to questions like where is my cedar t & g boards in my two closets. No answer. And stop laying vinyl tiles in bathroom because the gaps are not acceptable , still no answer.

I cannot say enough good things about. They built a fire station for me.
