We hired this company to install a new fence and two new gates.They did a good job on the fence but they do not know how to properly install gates!! Our two gates have given us lots of problems since they were installed!! When we notified them of problem they made an appt to come out the next day but never showed up or called and then we had problems contacting them again. Looks like we will have to hire another fence company to repair the gates which is very disappointing!!!

If a contractor causes damage to a customers home, the contractor should fix it. They dented my gutter and their truck leaked an ordinate amount of oil in front of my property.

We contracted with C&J to Repair a metal gate at our home on 13 January 2014. The contract clearly states painting included. The gate started rusting about three months after they performed the work. My wife and I have repeatedly tried to contact them to take a look at the problem and make corrections without any luck. I finally got in touch with Craig on 29May14 and he handed the phone to Jason who assured me he would call me the week of 2Jun14 to schedule an appointment. I never heard from him and I called all three numbers that I have for them and received no answer. We have paid in full.

"We replaced the bottom bar of a wrought iron fence and painted it to match the fence, where it had rusted out previously. Not sure how three months later it rusted again. The fence is located by a in-ground pool which could have an impact on the life of the fence."

Was not sastified ,with work,didnt finish the job,hard to get on the phone,took a week,to get the invoice,just get excuses.Sucky results!!!

"We responded back to all calls.The job was to fix door frame. The customer was informed of the options on an old door frame. He chose to go with quick fix because of selling the house. Upon completion of fixing door frame customer wasn't happy with the door sticking. The tech and I stated that the door has swelled and needed to be replaced. Customer wanted us to shave off door where it was sticking. We stated that's not good workmanship and that if he got door we could put in."
