Very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to really explain all of the issues to me, never made me feel rushed like they were in a hurry to get to the next job, and gave different solutions for the problems I was having. I've been using this company for years. They just recently came out and fixed my furnace. They had it up and running in no time! Their prices are always reasonable compared to some of the bigger heating and air companies around town.

I hired C&L to come out and address a clicking noise that was going on in my furnace. They showed up on time, were dressed professionally, and fixed my problem in no time at a reasonable rate. They genuinely care about customer service and I would hire then again if I ran into a problem. I highly recommend them.

Central A/C Installation
I had an appointment at 8:30am, and at 9:00am, I called their office since no one had arrived yet. They told me something had come up and they were going to call us when they knew how late they would be. They should have called as soon as they knew they wouldn't make the appointment so I wasn't standing around in the heat waiting on them. After they got started, they told me the disconnect hadn't been hooked up and they'd need to come back after I called an electrician to fix it. After they left, I called a guy who works for the property manager and he looked at the situation, said the disconnect was already in place and he had us up and running within 30 minutes.

"I apologize for our tardiness to the job site. I explained that one of our schools had a unit go down and 4 classrooms full of children were sitting in 90 degree heat. These are always bad situations but we were forced to rush to the school to get their equipment operational again. HVAC licenses and insurance do not cover running high voltage wiring over 6 ft so we advised the customer to hire a professional electrician to run the wire and we would be able to complete the job. I would never leave a job unfinished unless I absolutely have to because we do not collect payment until our job is completed. Under no circumstance would I recommend using an unlicensed electrician to run high voltage wiring to any equipment due to the fact that if the wire is not properly sized or installed it can become a dangerous situation for the homeowner. I apologize for the misunderstanding and I hope you will consider us again in the future."

Alan came out and gave me an estimate on the same day I called them for a furnace installation in my shop. He worked up a quote and his crew showed up a few days later right on time. They were quick and efficient AMD went straight to work and got the job done in no time. In THRILLED!!

On time, professional, courteous, left no mess Bitter cold day and they were here all day replacing the heat pump Outside unit still needs to be leveled a little bit but that can wait until warmer weather ! New unit did not come with a filter but overall satisfaction would have to be 110% !
