Very professional very kind wish I hAd found them years ago!

They showed up on time and did a great job.

The line to our septic drain field broke. Not knowing who to call we used Home Advisor. C and R scheduled a call immediately. They arrived promptly and began digging. Lucky for us they had their equipment with them and were able to find the break and fix it. The cost was minimal. The crew did a great job!

They did a very good job with the repair. The only problem was that they cut into our propane line when digging up the septic line. We warned them to be careful in that the lines where next to each other. It cost us additional money to have someone from the propane company come out and repair the gas line. Had the shovel hit a rock and sparked when it happened, it might have become a major problem. Other than that, they did a great job.

When your conventional septic system isn't functioning, you feel like you're in deep, er, trouble. It's all underground and so there's just no telling what's wrong until you dig it all up. After I'd been through an inspection, a pump-out, and a shock treatment, which gained me a little time but finally determined that the drainfield was the problem, I was left with the options of finding a soil fracturing contractor, a jetting with pressure washing or dangerous acid wash, or replacement with an aerobic system. No soil fracturing in this area. Not interested in an aerobic replacement costing more than I paid for my car. I lucked out in finding C & R. Hector asked the questions to determine my situation, offered a very reasonable bid for a fairly involved procedure, and came out at the agreed time even though the weather was turning miserable. After uncovering the lines in the drainfield based on the vague sketch from the original septic permit, Hector diagnosed the actual situation(which was not what I thought it was), adjusted the approach to the most effective and economical solution, and kept the cost down by replacing only the damaged portions. For only a very little more than the original estimate based on my misinformation, I got immediate results at a still very reasonable price, and when you have houseguests coming to visit as I did, a working bathroom is worth a whole lot. Hector was reassuring and informative, answered all my questions and got it all done. He is my new hero.

The customer service was remarkable. While troubleshooting the problem of a bog in my back yard where the septic system was, Gerald assessed an unrelated problem with my water softener system. He reviewed the manual and then called the company and performed a diagnostic and repair!! At every step he was a thorough and patient teacher regarding everything he did. He even instructed me about other potential problems unrelated to my septic system and what to do if there was an emergency. Gerald went above and beyond what I expected.
