Home depot use them as the contractor. They were suppose to call me for a measurement appointment after I bought my garage door. Never got that call. So I called them to make the appointment, made the appointment and they never showed up. Left several messages they never called back. Final got in contact with them - never apologized for not showing or calling, just said they can?t come again til 8/1? I hope they come!!! I bought my door 7/14 Remind u this appointment isn?t even for the installation?.. I hope the installation goes well.. so far the customer service is horrible.

Very responsive and did a great job of making the doors fit an old uneven garage.

One time Very professional

I called C & R and spoke with Ray. I totally explained what the problem was. He came with short notice and brought all the necessary parts to repair the door the same day. Totally professional I would definitely recommend this this company and use again.

Wwhile company has not yet nstalled the new doors (they have been ordered). There is about a 4 week delivery time frame. The owner/ rep was very responsive to inquiries, prompt and had no issue of speaking in person at my home. He did not push any particular grade of door or other product and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced about garage doors and in the garage door industry.

We hired C&R to repair our garage door that was improperly installed by another company. They took care of the problem with no fuss and everything is working well now.

He was here within an hour back on time. within 2 hours everything was working again.

Excellent customer service. We didn’t even realize that when we called C&R to fix the bracket issue that this was the same company that the Building Contractor used to install the garage door opener. So this was covered fully under warranty. Thank you for your honesty!!
