BEWARE! Make sure you get a quote before allowing a technician to touch anything in your home. Otherwise, they will charge you for simply turning a knob; even without authorization to do so.

This company did an excellent job fixing our pipes after the hard freeze. They were very hard to find and their technician kept looking until he found the problem. Very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Very responsible and reliable.

I had some work done by another plumbing company. It turned out that the first guys didn't do what I asked them to, strung me along when the work failed, and lied about the sewer lines I was connected to. C&R came out on short notice, on a holiday, identified the problem. Then they came out and fixed the original problem the next day after the first plumber failed to. They sent photos and videos to document the work. And they left my yard in better shape than than the first plumber did, even after doing more work. Overall this was an excellent experience with a local company.

Arrived on time, listened to my concerns. Explained what needed to be done to correct the issue. Very professional.

Great response time on short notice. The repair was effective, but person doing the repair had old glues and tools to work with. Also had to run to local home improvement store to get a one inch fitting and pipe for repair. Worker would clear his shovel of muddy clay by banging against the exterior brick wall. Rather than leave the run of exterior copper pipe to the elbow where main connected, he elected to saw that run off and replace with PVC. A little bit of a lazy approach to the repair, but repair effective. 4 out of 5 stars for dated glues and a shortcut approach in the repair.
