Quality is great. Lance is awesome. Problem is he is stretched too thin. Times were off ,but necessary to prioritize. I wish the work would be finished....trim work baseboards and window trim still pending. Been at it since February/March 2015...now in August. Some delay was mine early on....but now it's been undertaken and set back too long. Still waiting.

They did not prep the job the way I assumed it would have been. They pressure washed the exterior, but did not remove the old flaking caulking around the garage door. They just painted over it. They did caulk in some places but not in others. I had to have them come back to repaint an area. I ended up going around the outside of the house and touching up the places where the old paint came through. I could have done a better job myself.

This was a small job that required skilled workers. He sent 2 of his bet men, they did a great job and his price was very reasonable. I recommend him and will call him again when we have another project.

Project - Extended driveway to add space for another car. Great customer service -gave me a quote same day, and did no pressure. Price - less than what was quoted by two other contractors. Quality - concrete work is very good, shaped well and matches current driveway perfectly.

Didn't show up on time, didn't bring needed equipment or supplies, little or no communication from contractor to crew, a three day job is now over six days and still not finished. And the final bill came today for the job that isn't finished. Think the bill has been paid? Run from this company.

I would definitely recommend C&S Building and Renovations for home repair, renovation and painting requirements. Eric, our painting Project Manager ensured the job went smoothly and completed to our satisfaction. Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
Wanted 1/2 down,gave 1/3 on 7/24 with contract start date on or before 8/15.we made numerous phone calls-no communication from jeff or anyone else!material for our home was'nt EVEN ORDERED UNTIL 9/4, there were still numerous delays due to 3 different people taking incorrect measurements,not ordering enough material (had 3 separate delays ). Our 1st meeting was approximately 6/19-contract signed 7/24 with 1/3 down -siding began,finally on 9/23-more delays due to inept ordering of material-siding FINALLY FINISHED 11/1-caulking finished 11/4!!!!!! We won't EVER do business with c&s Again! No sta

The experience was professional. The most interesting thing is that the whole project was done by phone and email. All sorts of opportunities for something to go wrong but nothing did. If you need work done at the beach.........call C&S.

Individual painters did a good job. I was told there would be 4 painters, with job complete within 5 days. First two days there were 2 painters. Showed up late because they had to get paint. Ran out of paint 2 days and left early. Had to get more paint. Job not completed in 5 days. Job included exterior deck, not finished properly. Said it would be finished, but I haven't heard yet.
