My husband and I had been in our home for 10 years and needed some updating. We interviewed several companies and decided on C&S (Carol and Scott). They were very informative and professional. They listened to our wants and needs and took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes. They were very personal and friendly. They never minded the questions we had and always made us feel part of the process. Carol took personal time to help us pick out the perfect materials and Scott stayed on the crew to make sure they stayed on the time schedule. The ending project has turned out more beautiful than we could ever imagined. Our home looks AMAZING, and we are so proud of the outcome. Carol and Scott and their entire work crew were always friendly and gave us a feeling of family. I would highly recommend them to all that our looking to have some special projects done to their home. Years down the line when we may need other updates C&S will be the only ones for us to call.

We bought an old house that needed a lot of work and we wanted someone who could do it all. Scott & Carol were perfect. They brought great ideas and wonderful craftsmanship to our home. The results are fantastic, but equally as fantastic were our interactions with Scott & Carol. We knew from the beginning that they were fully committed to giving us the best value for our investment. In a house of our age and the extent of the work, there were invariably some mid-project changes. Scott and Carol were exceptional in finding us the best alternatives and making things work. Throughout the process, they were very transparent in the progress and where the money was going. Scott and Carol make a great team. We had our kitchen completely redone, converting a closet to our laundry, build one bathroom and remodel the second, add air conditioning plus some dry wall and a lot of painting. They stayed on time and delivered what they promised.

Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Other work completed, backsplash, installed appliances, paint touch ups. I felt very valued in the beginning but it changed towards the end. I guess my quality of work is not the same as what they may think I should have expected.
Response by C&S Enterprises, LLC: In light of the following review we felt the need to respond here. We came in to fix and finish work done poorly by another contractor who had taken months to complete the kitchen remodel for this client and still hadn't completed the work. We listened to the complaints about the previous workers and were happy to help fix the problems with the kitchen remodel. The scope was extensive including a difficult floor tile job, extensive backsplash work, and the most difficult part fixing all the trim work not done by the previous contractor. We pride ourselves on always being available to our clients and showing them how much we value and care about them, as well as giving them extremely high value for the money they spend with us. Our workers were on time every day and worked until 5:30 or 6 every night on this job, sometimes not even eating lunch. This was noted by the client when speaking with us about how great our workers were. We went above and beyond in doing items that were not even in our scope of work to accommodate the client and show them there are good contractors out there. On top of this we completed all the work within 4 days as opposed to 5 days as stated in our scope of work. The job was completed to the customer?s satisfaction with the exception of installing the handles on the client?s new custom cabinets, that had been previously installed by a custom cabinet company. The handles it was agreed upon would be installed when the handles we ordered on behalf of the client arrived. Before our workers left on their final day they asked the client to check the work, the client said everything looked good and the remainder of the work was paid. The next day the client texted me to say they didn't really look the day before because they were busy with an electrician but, that there were a few things they wanted us to fix. We agreed on the spot to have our workers come back immediately and address these issues. Our foreman who responded again was told everything was fine and we left thinking we were done. The next day more items were requested. We again sent our people and fixed anything that was not to her satisfaction. After all of this our foreman felt uneasy about installing all the handles on her cabinets in lieu of all of the issues we had already addressed. He felt there was a risk that our installation would not meet our client?s expectation?s or worse yet be blamed for cabinet damage. We reached out to the client the next day explaining our position and offering to refund the installation cost and asked if they could please have them installed by the cabinet maker. The client responded telling us how disappointed they were that we would not install the handles. We apologized numerous times stating that our worker was not comfortable any longer with installing them and we felt it was in the best interest of the client to have them installed by whoever made the cabinets. We didn't want to chance anything possibly not being done to their liking because we wanted to give them the best installation and we valued the cost they had paid for their beautiful new cabinets. We value every client that we do business with and want them completely satisfied with our work and will continue to do whatever it takes to make them happy. Scott and Carol K. C&S Enterprises

We called several other companies before finding Scott and Carol and they were the only ones who understood what we wanted to be done and were willing to work with our budget AND they did an amazing job. They have a quick start and finish time. They basically did a kitchen facelift (counter tops and backsplash) along with our three bathrooms (removing all the fiberglass for tub and tile surround), all in one week. They were on site everyday and kept us informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend them.

we met Carol and Scott through Home Advisor, I was very impressed that Scott contacted me within an hour of my form submission. Carol met with us within the next few days and we were impressed with her suggestions and expertise, We were able to schedule a start date that worked for our schedule and the work began within a couple of weeks of our meeting. The workers were punctual, courteous, and cleaned the area at the end of the work day. Carol went above and beyond traveling over 100 miles twice to secure materials. She and Scott were at the house at least 2-3 times per day and were in constant phone contact as well. They also brain stormed prior to starting the project to develop an alternative solution to a problem that would have extended the length of the project and the solution is beautiful. We had received multiple bids prior to starting and C&S was very competitive. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and will definitely be using them for future projects and will be providing recommendations. The value received versus the cost was far superior to what we were offered by some of the more well known remodelers. Their willingness to work with us to achieve our vision was also superior to what we were offered by the other companies.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Scott is really great about keeping you informed on the details of everything that is going on. His attention to detail is well above average. I think that the best part about working with Scott is that he is honest. In our case we were remodeling for a rental property and he was honest enough to tell us what he had found really mattered in a rental. It is not very often that you will find a contractor that will tell you when something is unnecessary, but Scott will listen to your goals and help you get there (in the most common sense way). As someone new to the rental market, his expertise was super valuable. I would definitely use Scott again for any kind of project that might come up. Great all around!

I met Scott and Carol when they were completely remodeling a home next door to my mother in law. Their work was stunning and I decided to invite them to my home to give me an estimate on exterior work I was needing due to damage my home received due to recent hail storms that occurred in San Antonio. I have done multiple remodels on my home over the years and have had my share of experiences. What I can't say enough about this company was that Scott and his wife Carol the owners of C&S Enterprises, LLC were on site daily overseeing the work. What I was quoted up front is what I paid and there were no surprise charges. The quality of the work was excellent and I felt like their estimate was very reasonable. In addition to painting my entire exterior, building a new outdoor patio and staining my deck and concrete I decided to have this company paint the interior rick on my fireplace and build a custom mantle. C&C Enterprises is now on my highly recommend list and I will not hesitate to call them again for a full kitchen remodel as soon!
