Sandra and Cesar are excellent to work for and they did a great job remodeling are basement. They converted a garage into two bedrooms, put a new kitchen and bathroom in at a good price and quality. They stick to what they say they're going to do and they are honest. I also like that they have relationships with solid subcontractors and can get some design work done too. I highly recommend them for any of your projects and I will be using them again for our upstairs remodel.

I want to share my experience with C&S Homes LLC! I had a major leak in my roof that caused water damage to my ceiling, walls and floor. I also noticed that my roof deck was sagging and had a hole in the subfloor from past storms, and particular the snow events that we've had the last couple of winters that are abnormal here in Seattle. I contacted C&S Homes LLC and they responded quickly and professionally. Sandra came to inspect the damage and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. She explained the process of restoring my home and answered all my questions. She also helped me with the insurance claim and paperwork necessary to get the full repair funds from USAA. The crew (Cesar and Benecio, as well as Juan the roofer) arrived on time and worked efficiently and diligently. They removed the damaged materials and installed new insulation, drywall, paint and flooring. They were courteous, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed by the quality of their work and the attention to detail! My home looks better than ever -- even better than when I bought it new in 2019! -- and my family feels safe and comfortable. I am very satisfied with C&S Homes LLC and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a general contractor to do projects in or around your home. They are a local, small, family-owned-and-operated business and they are the best!

C&S repaired an in the wall leak - including drywall, siding, plastering and removal/restoring frame for a sliding door. Because they were so easy to work with, I also had them replace my rug and kitchen flooring. I really appreciated the excellent work C&S provided, beginning with the estimate to quality workmanship completed in a timely manner. Sandra responded quickly to any questions I had with easy-to-understand answers and options. Cesar listened to all my input and communicated to his crew so that my needs were quickly implemented. I highly recommend using this company. They will be the first ones I call to bid on any future home projects.

C & S Renovations did a great job rebuilding my garage. We suffered major water damage from a roof leak requiring a total remodel. We first hired C&S Homes two years ago for a bathroom remodel. We were so happy with their work that we expanded the job into a kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house. Sandra and her team were quick to respond and get us scheduled. They repaired our damaged studs, subfloor, drywall, etc from a slow leak that was undetected for some time. They were professional and did great work! We will use them again with other projects as we slowly remodel areas of our home.

Sandra, Cesar and team did a fantastic job with our deck. We had an old, cedar deck that needed re-finishing and we decided to replace the handrails of the deck with cable along with creating support on the deck for a submerged hot tub to sit on the deck. Sandra was extremely friendly and responsive from the beginning with pictures and descriptions of what they would do to meet the requirements - we went back and forth quite a bit with my questions but she worked with me through it all. The work was completed in 3 weeks - they accommodated by working on weekends since the weather in Seattle didn't play along and they weren't able to stain on some days as well. Cesar and Luis pay a lot of attention to detail while on the job. They spent a lot of time on ensuring that the support structure was built to be functional and yet, safe. Even after the work was complete, we decided that we didn't like the way a part of the job was completed and they came back out in less than a week from the time that I contacted them to get it fixed to our liking and did the work for free. I highly recommend them!!

I hired c&s to renovate master & guest bath in our rental after a water leak. Hiring them was the best decision. They did quality work in timely manner with super clear and prompt communication. I didn't have to manage or worry about anything throughout the project. They took care of everything including communicating with tenants, insurance adjuster, etc. Highly recommend them.

A very reliable, and professional company. We had our fireplace re-stoned, and cabinets built and installed around the fireplace, and they did a great job.

Cesar was very reliable and professional. His work was excellent. I have at least one more project and plan on hiring Cesar again.

There were some language barrier issues at the beginning of the project but once cleared, the project went well.

They did a good job installing of hardwood floor and worked around our schedule. I would hire them again.

We first hired Caesar to seal our deck. But when we found out that he does other repairs and remodeling and we saw pictures of his work we decided to get an estimate and make a decision based on that. The price was way more reasonable than other contractors we had talked to before. So we decided to go on with the major project of additions and eliminations, painting and repair. It all turned out great and they even did many small repairs around the house for us. Sandra comes up with the designs and they are amazing, also everything went on according to the time they had told us it would take in the first place. All in all we are very happy with what they did.
