Drywall - Repair
Cancelled twice, first time at last minute only because I called to find out why they hadn't come. 2nd time because they had projects they needed to get done before the holidays. Understandable. Didn't bring drop cloth. Damaged my toilet. Asked if they would need to be coming a 3rd day and got an attitude and a huge amount of texts that they began late at night and avoiding several calls. They did not send me a bill and claim I owe them and the job is not complete. Do not hire them if you have a small job. Apparently small jobs aren't worth their time, as I was told. I've been waiting for months for a respectable company to do repair work on my home. Looks like I'm left with an incomplete job and in search of another company. My husband and I are disabled. Otherwise, we'd fix it ourselves. They mentioned feeling bad for us. Not the way you treat a consumer, if you ask me.
