It appears he did not remove the molded caulk and simply caulked over it. Now the caulk was pulled away from that area and the mold is exposed so he did not do the job correctly. And, based on the fact that the caulk has already failed, he did not use the correct caulk for a tub area.

Carlos arrived early for the initial visit to estimate the cost and was very pleasant and considerate. He also arrived early to do the work, which was completed in a timely manner and he left no mess for me to clean up. The clean grout and new caulking around the tub make the tub area look brand new and I am a satisfied customer.

I have never left a review, but I just couldnt let someone else be taken in by Carlos (owner) without knowing of my experience. He was prompt with returning my call and came out the next day to provide an estimate. He said it would take 2 days and he would be out that weekend. It ended up taking 3 days, probably because he worked no more than 5 or 6 hours a day. More than once when I checked in he said this ?was not included in the quote? so the cost would go up. I have marble shower walls, floors and counters and it needed refinishing and sealing. He stated this was his area of expertise and been doing it for 30 years. From the initial appointment the inconsistency and poor quality of work became very obvious. Now a little over 2 months later it?s beginning to look as it did before. He had told me the shine and coating would last at least a year, especially since I am the only person living in the house and using the area. From my research this can only be a result of inferior products used and/or lack of knowledge in marble polishing techniques. As awful as all of this it doesnt come close to the lies he told me. For 3 weeks we had appointments for him to come out and either fix or work on things he missed. Twice he didnt call nor did he show up. He even ignored my messages when I was asking him to confirm - so I spent 3 days just waiting. When I finally spoke to him he made up stories ?the big job? is taking longer - supposed to be 10 days sounds like he has 4 weeks of reworking his bad work. The last time he was here he said he will be done in 3 weeks and would be here then - that was almost 5 weeks ago. I hope this helps someone else avoid the frustration, waste of time and money. My grout is like new. They used a scrubbing machine and for stubborn stains they hand scrubbed. Before they began the work they covered furniture and cabinet bottoms with plastic. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I will hire them again.

Carlos did exceptional work to clean my bathroom marble that had been neglected for sometime. It really came out looking brand new. cleaned and also replaced the caulk and some grout. Beautiful work with good value. I recommend him highly.

Very professional and prompt. The only issue I had is the bar that was in the shower was either cut or broken and he didn t say anything. Found it that evening when I was putting the bathroom back together.

Its true that customers will write a review when they feel they were ripped off. I was ripped off. The guy charged close to $500. I hired him to re-grout my tub walls. I thought it was a shitty job but three months later, the walls are looking the same as they were prior to the guy "working" on the walls. Can you imagine he was using his finger to apply the grout? Now I have to pay again to get it done the correct way. The reviews on this page are false. Do not use this guy.

Carlos and his wife did a fabulous job cleaning 30-year-old tiles in two bathrooms and replacing the grout in a third. It completely transformed the bathrooms; they look fabulous! We also felt his prices were quite reasonable. We definitely recommend him
