I have no problem with the work quality. However, the customer service was almost nonexistent. I paid a deposit of half down, then waited months to have my windows installed. I was given a different answer each time I called to inquire when my installation would occur. At one point I asked to cancel my order and was told that wasn t possible because my windows were already received in stock. On a subsequent call I was told when my windows came in I would be called to schedule installation. I would have been OK with the delay had I been told the truth. There was no reason for me to be lied to.

Customer service was excellent. Window arrived and installed as scheduled.

CCI would not get recommended or hired again in the future from me. Their workmanship was good. Sales manager communication was terrible. My experience with CCI would have been a lot better if the salesman returned phone calls and contacted me about delays impacting my job. Frankly, it would have made this a better experience and I probably would have considered using them again. The job took 9 months with communication issues throughout the first 5 months of the job. Paul in the office maintained good communication from the point he took over (5 months in). I wish that he had taken over immediately once I signed the contract. The installation crew was the shining star of this operation (Dustin and his crew were great). Here is the basic breakdown of my Job with dates. January 16- Signed Contract $23,000 for 18 Impact windows and Sliding Glass Door. February 13- Signed Contract for Impact Doors $9600 February 27 - Received HOA Approval. April - May Called Salesman multiple times to get order update and was not called back multiple times. I did speak with him and got "I'll call you back" or "I am in a meeting, I'll call you tomorrow." Never happened. June- Called office to cancel order and Paul from office took over communication throughout the rest of the job. He was professional throughout the rest of the job. July 3 - Windows were all installed. SGD had to be re-ordered. September 17- Doors were all installed. One door was incorrectly ordered and had to be re-ordered and replaced (installed out-swing where an in-swing door was. September 24 Installation passed (2nd one, some minor issues had to be addressed from 1st inspection). We are currently waiting for the last appointment to cover all holes and plugs throughout window and door frames. 3 weeks later they have been paid in full but I am still waiting for the holes to be patched and plugs to be installed. It is very frustrating......Comment: This is an update to my review from 9/18, when I spend $32,600 there is a level of service I expect and in my opinion I did not receive it. Since the Install 2 phone calls were made about issues with messages left and no return calls have been received. The issues were a torn molding (installer ripped it) and a couple of screens with holes in them (noted on the initial paperwork by installer). One of the doors impact glass started cracking, and one of the blinds inside the glass was not working. My order summary with this company is as follows...... The job was booked with an initial installation target date of 2-3 months which turned into 9 months (50% deposit paid up front), the salesperson started off excellent and soon after he became blasé or nonchalant, the lanai door was initially an inswing but they installed it as an outswing (they re-ordered it and replaced it after I declined their discount to keep it that way), Paul has not called me back after leaving 2 messages regarding the minor issues not fixed and finally the impact glass on a door cracked & blind between glass stopped working (their supplier took care of the issue free of charge). All issues have been fixed 8 months later out of my pocket⠦ not a lot of money ($100) but after all my job was only $32,600⠦.. What could I possibly expect?

Jeremy was very patient with us in the decision making process for our new windows. Timeline was as expected and work was done well. No complaints.

Project contracted but not completed until mid-July. The presenter was the owner of the company and has been in construction since he was 17 years old (now middle-aged). He had expertise in other areas such as found mold areas which were not a part of the project. He gave us tips for eliminating the mold and properly controlling it especially in the air conditioning system in a home housing two elderly perons.

The job got done, and the windows are good. Really got the feeling that just because my house only actually has 2 windows to replace that I was quite unimportant. $1800 is a lot of money to me and probably not so much to them. It was a pretty frustrating process overall.

The estimated installation time was longer than expected however the end result was excellent. After a couple of clinches, the installation team treated my house as if it was their house and the installation looks excellent.

Very supportive, informative, cooperative, and thorough.

It will take six to eight weeks to manufacture the windows and about three weeks to make the doors, so I cannot rate the work, because it has not been done yet. You are requesting the review way too early.
