About us
Cannon Pools has been a local family owned company for over 40 years. Co-founder, Bob Malzman, was instrumental in the growth of the swimming pool industry in Upstate NY. There was a time when pools were considered a luxury only attainable by the affluent. Bob is famous for saying I want to bring the pool to the common man. We build and design pools to meet every budget, taking the same meticulous approach with a 24' round aboveground pool as we do with a custom in ground pool. Our experienced employees have installed over 20,000 swimming pools - more than any other in ground / aboveground pool builder in the Eastern United States. What started as a small local company has become the premier pool and spa builder in the northeast. (Cannon does not install 3rd party liners)
