The installation team was well trained and very experienced. Compared to other teams that have worked in my neighborhood Canopy's team hit the task immediately upon arriving onsite. By 4PM they were done compared to others working to sundown. And the finished product is top notch.

Chris made the “sales” process easy & the install crew worked all day in the brutal heat to make sure that our new roof done. These guys are trustworthy and do excellent work.

My consultant, Trey, delivered exceptional service and maintained a highly professional yet personable demeanor. Providing several door options and visual mock-ups exceeded my expectations. This approach greatly assisted my decision-making process. The only area for improvement involved the hardware inclusion. The initial sales discussion implied hardware came with the purchase. I later clarified the terms and discovered I needed to purchase my own materials. The team promptly apologized for this miscommunication, and the overall experience remained highly positive. The project adhered strictly to the promised timeline. The painting crew arrived promptly just a few days later to complete the final steps. John and his crew executed the installation flawlessly.
