Russell got here in 20 minutes, dealt with the problem immediately and then installed a new water heater at a reasonable price. He completed the entire project within 3 hours. One of the best service contractors we have worked with in SE Texas. Russell was extremely courteous and super efficient.

Fast, efficient installation of new water heater and removal of not one, but two, old water heaters that were in my attic! First talked to Russell early in morning. he gave me bid on job by 10:00. He and crew were back at 1:30 and the job was completed by 3:30 pm on the Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend. I'll be contact him for a couple of other plumbing jobs I need in the future. Very pleased.
