Our floors were flooded from our Dishwasher which made our floors lift and buckle. We contacted Canyon Custom Flooring & they showed up & helped us save all of our flooring from the water damage. Jake was so sincere and caring about the stress we were going through, Heather made sure she answered our calls & ran the schedule perfectly for our job. We can't thank Canyon Flooring enough. We would recommend them to anyone with the highest quality.

After telling Jake I planned to install a molding to blend the new cabinets and floor together he proceeded to take a hammer to the baseboards and caused $300.00 in damage. Then we negotiated a $200.00 dollar reduction in the price to compensate. I put the words, **Paid in Full** on the check. They refused to cash it and took us to court for non-payment. Cost me more than the original bid. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I would highly recommend this company. They did water damage repair as well as refinished a large maple wood floor. They did a wonderful job. The floor looks better than it did when it was first installed! They were extremely professional, communicated well with us regarding timeline and where they were in the project and their quote was the most inexpensive and they stayed within budget. Overall, we were very impressed with this company!

The owner, Jake, and his crew were very easy to work with. They were very efficient and completed the job in good time and with excellent quality. Jake and his crew installed a beautiful quarter and rift sawn white oak floor at my home in Salt Lake City. Jake was very helpful in the pre-installation phase, monitoring the moisture content of the wood and adjusting his schedule to accommodate the slower than expected acclimatization time. His team did a great job of selecting an attractive board layout and executing a professional installation. Jake was there post-installation as well taking care of an unforeseen problem that was not his fault. As a residential Architect I work with lots of sub-contractors and Jake is one of the best.
