"(consumer name withheld per their request) I apologize if you feel our crew didn't do the job you expected. The bid/proposal that we submitted to you was for under brush clearing and to haul off the existing brush piles not tree trimming. I was upfront with you when we spoke about how we haul off all brush that is cleared, we don't chip anything. This didn't seem to be a problem when we agreed on a price. In regards to the broken irrigation system, our crew only backed into the areas in which you guided them into. Also we mowed and weed-eated your back yard as a courtesy at no charge. Again, I apologize if you feel that this was not quality work that was preformed by my company."
